Overview HealthDrive is currently seeking Optometrists to work part‑time or full‑time (2‑5 days per week) in multiple locations across Eastern Massachusetts (Greater Boston, South Shore, Southeast MA, and Cape Cod areas). Opportunity to earn $175,000+ per year at 5 days per week. Responsibilities Provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities within an assigned territory. Diagnose and treat refractive disorders. Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age‑related illnesses. Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures. Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye. Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the cutting‑edge EMR system. Travel daily as part of the mobile model to skilled nursing facilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.). State professional license. Valid driver’s license. TPA certified/Legend drug certificate. Ability to work independently on a daily basis. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
