Education / Certification / Licensure Bachelor's in Business, Finance or Accounting MBA or Hospital/Health Care Administration CPA Experience Expertise in healthcare administration with progressively responsible management experience (typically acquired during 5‑7 years), including senior roles in complex multi‑facility environments. Strong finance experience in large, complex healthcare organizations. Executive level experience in a multi‑facility/matrix management healthcare system (helpful). Proven competence and success in financial operations, new business planning, development, implementation and management; board and physician relations and management development. Demonstrated experience (generally 4‑6 years) leading staff represented by organized labor unions.
