Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital Director of Therapy, Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: 1500 West Holland Avenue, White Hall, Arkansas 71602 Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Bonus: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Your experience matters As the Director of Therapy at Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a part of Lifepoint Health, you will lead the inpatient rehabilitation services by overseeing departmental operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives. How you'll contribute Direction and oversight of Therapy Services for the hospital, coordinating and supervising department operations. Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in continuous quality improvement hospital-wide. Ensure competency of all personnel. Assist in formulating budgets, evaluate department performance versus budget, and take actions to remain within budget guidelines. Develop and implement a system for reviewing department charges to ensure patient charges are accurate and entered timely. Maintain efficient department operations while ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols. Qualifications and requirements Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech and Language Pathologist.
