The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine/ Stanford Medicine Children’s Health is recruiting a Clinician Educator as an Clinical Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor. The major criterion for appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Qualifications Active or able to apply for a California medical license Experience and comfort with the care of hospitalized pediatric patients Good teamwork and communication skills Interest in and/or experience caring for pediatric oncology and hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients Interest in personal faculty development in various areas such as quality improvement, evidence‑based care, and medical education along with opportunities to be engaged both local and nationally.
