Description of Work Assignment:Seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonary & Critical Care physician with Lung Transplant Fellowship experience to provide locum coverage in a combined inpatient and outpatient transplant program. The physician will manage lung transplant patients, perform transplant-related procedures, and participate in multidisciplinary care alongside APPs and fellows.Practice Setting:Inpatient and outpatient transplant serviceAdult patient populationMultidisciplinary transplant team including fellows and APPsEpic EMR used for documentationClinical Responsibilities:Evaluate new and follow-up transplant patientsManage inpatient and outpatient care plansPerform procedures including bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and chest tubesCoordinate care with multidisciplinary teamProvide supervision and guidance to APPs as neededSchedule / Coverage:40 hours per weekAlternate weeks: 1 week inpatient + call, 1 week outpatient clinicInpatient week: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM + callOutpatient week: 8:00 AM 4:00 PMQualifications / Requirements:Board Certified in Pulmonary AND Critical CareLung Transplant Fellowship requiredMinimum 2 years of lung transplant, pulmonary, and critical care experienceRecent clinical transplant program experience requiredState medical license preferred (temporary/emergency privileges available)DEA requiredEpic EMR experience requiredAdditional Details:Coverage Dates: ASAP 11/01/2026Temporary/emergency privileges available
