Highlights Pay: $73,881.60 – $143,156.00/Annual Location: Boston, MA Facility: The General Hospital Corporation Department/Unit: Family Medicine Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking, to identify patient needs and conditions. Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Coordinate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure timely and effective patient care.
