San Marcos Treatment Center , a premier psychiatric residential treatment facility serving children and adolescents (ages 6-17) since 1940. Located between Austin and San Antonio, our 212‑bed, seclusion‑free campus provides a healing environment within a 65‑acre therapeutic setting. Facility Highlights Capacity: 212 beds with 13 specialized living units. Seclusion‑free environment. Average length of stay: 4‑12 months. Comprehensive amenities: swimming pools, gymnasiums, sports courts, ROPES course, Healing Trail, and more. On‑site education provided by Ki Charter Academy. Dynamic, supportive medical team. Position Details Type: Full‑time with a flexible 4‑day schedule. Typical caseload: Up to 3 units or 45 patients weekly. Setting: Residential treatment for children and adolescents. Frequency: Most patients are seen once per week. Employment options: Independent Contractor (1099) or Employed (W‑2).
