Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a Telemetry/Med-Surg team supporting multiple hospital locations across the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania region.This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITYJob Summary:As a Telemetry/Med-Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of acute care settings. This role offers the opportunity to float between multiple facilities, caring for diverse patient populations while utilizing your clinical expertise in telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg unitsMonitor and interpret cardiac rhythmsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate and timely documentationAdapt quickly to different unit workflows and patient populationsPromote patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent, unrestricted RN license in PA (or compact eligibility)At least 1 year of Telemetry and/or Med-Surg experienceStrong cardiac monitoring and acute care skillsFlexibility and adaptability to float between facilitiesBLS required; ACLS preferred Position Overview: Shift: 12hr shifts day or night- SELF SCHEDULINGLocation: Float role across Lehigh Valley area including Allentown, Easton, Macungie, Dickson City, Pottsville, Bethlehem, Hazleton, Lehighton, and GilbertsvilleJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Competitive pay (based on experience)Benefits: Full benefits package offered
