Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Participate in community health initiatives. Primary Care Services Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
