Oncology Sales Representative – responsibilities Disseminate clinical information about Lilly Oncology products/services to healthcare professionals (e.g., medical oncologists, oncology nurses, office managers, reimbursement managers, pharmacists); uses strong scientific knowledge and account-based selling. Territory management: analyze territory and reimbursement landscape; adapt business needs using business insights tools. Account management: navigate changing healthcare environment; influence key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Dialogue agility: listen and adapt to verbal/non-verbal customer prompts. Medical integrity: learn clinical/disease state and marketplace; use knowledge to engage all office/account members. Selling skills: promote full portfolio via patient-centered dialogue; use selling model to identify appropriate patients. Sales activity/execution: use business analytics to meet customer needs and sales goals; comply with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code. Partner collaboration: coordinate with field/internal peers for a positive customer experience. Basic qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification/license if required by specific state. Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Additional skills/preferences 3+ years sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergraduate degree. Additional work experience or graduate degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, PharmD). Compensation/benefits (if applicable) Anticipated wage: $102,000–$204,600; eligible for company bonus.
