Director – Transaction Services A Director is required to independently, and with the support of other Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members. You will have a deep understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and/or reporting accountant’s work. Additionally, you will have developed sector knowledge in Life Sciences & Healthcare. In Transaction Services, you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions, helping to deliver successful outcomes through data‑driven insights and commercial acumen. You’ll be someone with: Life Sciences & Healthcare experience preferred or an advantage Previous experience managing teams Self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
