HCT is seeking an interim System Director of Patient Safety for a health system in Arizona. Responsibilities Establish structure and stability for the patient safety program. Build and standardize the approach to RCAs and serious safety events. Drive readiness for upcoming Joint Commission triennial survey. Requirements Education: Bachelors required, Masters preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Patient Safety leadership experience in an acute care setting, prior experience leading RCA's and establishing RCA processes, as well as establishing structure for a patient safety program, in addition to JC survey preparation experience. License: RN license is not required, however a clinical background is a must. Certifications: CPHQ, CPPS, or other related certifications are preferred but not required.
