Full Time Contract Title or Role: Pharmaceutical Tech Transfer Project Manager Location: Gurabo, PR (on-site) Length of Contract: Six Months + Position Description The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of the technology/process/product transfer ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities Establish project governance structure, roles, and escalation paths. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, milestones, and timeline to support completion. Facilitate regular project status reviews with key stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Serve as the primary point of contact with the tech transfer teams, the stakeholders and internal owners. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely execution. Oversee tech transfer mechanisms and the integration of testing activities. Coordinate process testing, and deployment activities. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and validation. Final project closure report, including lessons learned and handover documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment. 5+ years of experience managing similar implementation projects within FDA regulated facilities. PMP certification preferred. Deep knowledge of pharma solid manufacturing tech/process/product transfer methodology is a must.
