The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Education and Experience Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in state. Three or more years of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
