We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities Alternate clinic time with managing In Basket work for colleagues. Provide primary care to adult and geriatric patients. Manage a primary care panel and provide In Basket coverage (50/50 split). Perform in‑basket practices. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of primary‑care clinical experience (new graduates are not eligible). Must be an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Candidate must reside in either Oregon or Washington.
