Responsibilities The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for the provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Supports unit activities and contributes to the enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Assumes expanded roles which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Provides direct patient care, telephone management, patient triage, and coordination of care. Qualifications Strong assessment and communication skills. Proactive and independent decision‑making. Good organizational skills. 2 years' experience required.
