The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has a minimum of 2+ years of maintenance or janitorial experience with strong multitasking abilities. The Self Self-Storage Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance, grounds keeping and the cleaning of storage units in preparation for rental. The Self-Storage Maintenance Technician must have reliable transportation and insurance.
