About the Opportunity A well-established, privately held real estate development and investment firm in the MetroWest area is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and partner closely with ownership on strategic growth initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a stable, growing organization, offering the opportunity to build, optimize, and scale financial processes while supporting an active portfolio of real estate assets and development projects.
