Schedule and Structure Round-and-go model: approximately 4 hours per week in clinic One day per week for treatment plan review and oversight Telehealth rounding options available Weekdays only; no weekends Not an immediate start, allowing time to plan your transition Up to 18 inpatient psychiatry patients Predominantly Tennessee residents Collaborative model: NPs/APCs handle day-to-day rounding; the psychiatrist leads weekly treatment plan review and provides clinical oversight Call Expectations Light call responsibility: primary on-call coverage Medical consult services are separately contracted through the facility After-hours contact is infrequent; calls after 9:00 PM EST are rare Compensation Compensation is fee for service (FFS) for patient encounters with no cap on productivity income potential.
