NRP required for Non-ABEM providers. Immunizations: Documentation of MMR/Varicella (2) vaccines or titers with values indicating immunity for MMR & Varicella. Two-Step TB Test within the past 12 months (a 2nd TB Test will need to be completed prior to activation of privileges). If TB Test is positive, Chest X-ray is required within the last 3 months. TB QuantiFERON Gold test result indicating immunity (if taken within the last three months of privileges being granted, a 2nd TB Test will not be required).
