Our system includes: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital 16-Bed Long Term Care Unit Two rural health clinics in Tribune & Sharon Springs Recently renovated facility with advanced technology Supportive tenure team of physicians, mid-level providers, nursing staff The Opportunity As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll practice the full spectrum of rural care across clinic, ER, Inpatient, and Swing Bed Settings. 4-day clinic week (10–12 patients/day) Travel between Tribune and Sharon Springs Clinics as needed Emergency Department sees ~ roughly four (4) patients per day Inpatient census: ~2–4/day Perform procedures like line placement, intubation, and critical care stabilization EMR: Lunar Health Collaborative care with General Surgery, Pain Management, HemOnc, and more Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and APPs What We’re Looking For Family Medicine Physician (KS license required; CO license ideal) BE/BC Open to new grads and experienced physicians Strong interest in rural critical access care Team-oriented, community-minded, and willing to jump-in where needed ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required Compensation & Perks $330K + Sign-on Bonus Relocation Monthly pre-start Stipend 403(b) plus matching 457(b) plan Full Employee Benefits Package Community Snapshot – Greeley County, KS If you’re looking for strong community values, good schools, and room to breathe—Tribune offers a beautiful, safe, and welcoming environment for families and professionals alike.
