Physician Resident (Gastroenterology) – Pathways Program – Mount Kisco, NY We are seeking final‑year Gastroenterology Residents and Fellows to begin their clinical careers in a forward‑thinking organization. Customized program completed at Optum Tri‑State facilities in New York and/or virtually, with exposure to primary and specialty care requiring a commitment of only a few hours per month. Required Qualifications M.D. or D.O. Transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York. Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $39.60 - $59.86 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, and work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. In addition to salary, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution are offered.
