Physicians own and operate their practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. The physician governs clinical operations and decision‑making; MedCBO does not direct patient care. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing with MedCBO participation as required. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure.
