Veterinarian, Medical Director Full Time – Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital / Forest View Animal Hospital As a key leader in our hospital, you will drive positive changes and growth, shaping our vision, fostering an exceptional culture, and maintaining high standards of care. Partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, you will develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide our hospitals toward excellence in patient and client care while supporting staff development across both locations. Experience & Skills Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state where hired, prior to start date. Active DEA license or eligibility for a DEA license. Responsibilities Support and mentor veterinarians across both hospitals toward achieving medical excellence and enhancing patient care and outcomes. Collaborate closely with practice managers and hospital leadership to foster medical excellence, consistent clinical practices, and a positive workplace culture. Utilize leadership training resources and mentorship programs to develop your skills and advance your career. Participate in the company’s Medical Leadership Program and other training initiatives focused on hospital operations, medical excellence, and leadership.
