Overview We are seeking a Locum BoardCertified or Board Eligible Urology Surgeon to join our established and well-supported Urology team. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with only 14–16 working days per month while still receiving full-time benefits. You will serve patients in Rock Island, IL, with additional clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL—all within a short 15-minute commute. Key Responsibilities Deliver acute adult urological care in a high-functioning, facility-based setting. Perform surgical procedures with blocktime allocated in the OR. Collaborate with a team of experienced Urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Provide continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.
