Urology Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) The Urology Physician – Independent Practice Track is an opportunity to own and operate a medical practice while receiving structured operational support from MedCBO, a healthcare business infrastructure company. This is not an employed position; the physician retains ownership, clinical authority, and governs all patient care decisions. Overview Physicians interested in establishing or transitioning to an independently operated medical practice backed by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure will be supported with non‑clinical services such as revenue cycle management, payer contracting, EHR support, accounting, HR, supply‑chain coordination, and technology platform implementation. Physician Responsibilities Provide patient care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform implementation Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is earned through the physician‑owned practice.
