This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented emergency team in a 13,000+ square foot state-of-the-art facility while continuing to practice advanced veterinary medicine. You will work closely with the hospital management team to ensure smooth clinical operations, foster professional development, and maintain a positive workplace culture. This position requires previous emergency experience. While prior Medical Director experience is not essential, successful applicants will be confident working in a busy hospital environment and skilled in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of clinicians.
