Position Highlights 100% outpatient fracture clinic Focus on non‑operative management of acute and subacute fractures 4.5 day work week (34 patient contact hours/week) – excellent work‑life balance Supported by experienced orthopedic APPs, casting staff, and ancillary services Integrated care model with on‑site imaging, physical therapy, and specialty support Practice Scope Evaluation and management of upper and lower extremity fractures Closed fracture reduction, casting, splinting, and follow‑up care Post‑ED and Urgent Care fracture follow‑ups Coordination of surgical referrals when operative care is indicated Collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, primary care and urgent care Opportunity to help shape clinic workflows and clinical pathways as the program grows Candidate Qualifications Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Strong interest or experience in non‑operative fracture care Comfort with high‑volume outpatient clinical settings Team‑oriented and patient‑focused approach Eligible for California medical licensure Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Range: $250,000-$350,000.
