Nursing Home Administrator Job Type: Full-time Location: Frostburg, Maryland Company: Mountain City Rehab Center Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Mountain City Rehab Center, a beautiful 99‑bed skilled nursing facility in Frostburg, Maryland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the day‑to‑day functions of the entire facility in accordance with current regulations and standards. Responsibilities Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to other staff personnel Consult with department directors to eliminate problem areas and improve services Assist in planning, conducting, and scheduling in‑service training classes, on‑the‑job training, and orientation programs Manage facility expenses and ensure compliance with the annual budget and resident funds Ensure the facility remains survey‑ready and compliant with company policy and governmental regulations Requirements Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Maryland Strong management and operation skills Strong math/budgetary skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $145,000 annually Excellent benefit package, including: Paid time off 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
