Responsibilities Spearhead operations, access, and revenue cycle for an expanding ambulatory enterprise spanning 20+ clinics. Standardize operations and access, optimize the EHR, expand same‑day and virtual offerings, enhance throughput and referral alignment, and strengthen population health and value‑based performance. Elevate service lines across primary care, specialty, and procedural clinics to deliver reliable, data‑driven outcomes for patients and providers. Report to a senior ambulatory executive and partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Finance, Quality, and IT leaders. Lead a talented cadre of Regional Directors, practice administrators, and clinic managers. Oversee strategy, operations, access, revenue cycle, budget stewardship, quality and patient experience, workforce planning, physician engagement, regulatory readiness, growth, and market development. Foster a culture of safety through strong protocols, infection prevention programs, a Just Culture of safety, and real‑time analytics dashboards.
