Description Emergency Medicine Physician - $280+/hr | Houston FSED | Physician-Owned Round Table Physician Group is a physician-owned emergency medicine group seeking full-time and part-time BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians (MD or DO) to staff HCA Freestanding Emergency Departments across Houston, TX.Compensation and Benefits:• Pay: Average $280+/hr at high-volume sites | Base $200 + RVU (day) | $230 + RVU (night)• High volume defined as 30+ patients per 24 hours• Full-time (12 shifts/month): $480,000+ annually in hourly pay - profit sharing is additional• Profit sharing for physicians working 10+ shifts/month• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Malpractice: full coverage, including tail - no out-of-pocket costsShifts:• 12-hour shifts (6am/6pm) | Full-time: 12 shifts/month | Part-time available• Low to moderate-acuity HCA freestanding ED - admissions transfer seamlessly to the home HCA hospital Location: Houston, TX Qualifications Requirements:• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) | MD or DO | Texas license or eligibility• Family Practice with significant EM experience considered on a case-by-case basis Why us: Physician-owned and independent.
