The practice is part of a larger 100‑physician multi‑specialty group located in beautiful coastal facilities. Responsibilities 1.5–2 days in surgery and 2–2.5 days in clinic per week. Minimal call coverage with OB hospitalist backup; each physician caps deliveries at 15 per month. Full Da Vinci robotic surgery program supporting patient care. Collaborate with Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn‑Oncology, and Uro‑Gynecology specialists. Compensation & Benefits $489,000 base salary plus productivity bonuses. $150,000 for student loan and housing support. Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long‑Term Disability, and 401(k) (4% match).
