Maintenance Manager Job Responsibilities: • Drive maximum reliability of plant machinery in a high-utilization manufacturing hub. • Direct and develop mechanical supervisors, electrical supervisors, and planning/scheduling personnel. • Lead daily maintenance workflows, manage departmental budgets, and champion strict safety standards. • Supervise, train, and develop hourly mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. • Build, administer, and execute preventive maintenance programs for heavy industrial equipment. • Oversee cost management, facility parts inventory, and project scheduling. • Enforce strict safety, quality, and environmental protocols. Minimum Skill, Experience, & Educational requirements for this Maintenance Manager: • Experience: At least 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. • Prior supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and team development. • Strong background in preventive maintenance, project management, and rapid problem-solving. • B.S. in Engineering or Science preferred OR equivalent work experience • Licensing: Electrical Supervisors Card, or the clear ability to obtain one.
