We believe in meaningful work, strong teamwork, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Position: Activities Aide (Part Time or Full Time, weekends, flexible)Schedule:8:30 AM - 4:30 PMEvery other weekendRotating holidaysWe're Looking for Someone Who Is:Energetic, outgoing, and friendlyCreative and enthusiasticA natural leader who enjoys working with older adultsPassionate about creating engaging, meaningful experiencesKey Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate activities such as bingo, trivia, simple exercise groups, and moreAssist in planning and organizing creative programs including arts & crafts, music, and educational sessionsTransport residents in the Farmstead van to and from community outings as neededEncourage resident participation and engagementProvide one-on-one attention and support as neededRequirements:Experience preferred but not requiredMust be at least 18 years old
