Location: Enumclaw, WA St. Elizabeth Hospital Schedule: 6 8 call shifts per month, 24-hour call (7a 7a) with 20-min response time Coverage: 9 12 months EMR System: Epic Why You ll Love This Role Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital with dedicated L&D unit Provide full OB/GYN coverage in L&D, clinic, and EDHandle a mix of routine and high-risk deliveries, including VBACs & C-sections Supportive team of CNMs, FPOBs, and experienced L&D RNsLocated in beautiful Enumclaw, WA, with access to mountains, lakes, and outdoor activities ️ ️ Clinical Responsibilities OB: low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, ultrasounds, amniocentesisL&D: routine and complicated deliveries, VBACs, C-sectionsGYN: surgeries, D&Cs, ectopics, emergent consultsSupervise and assist in the OR as neededPost-op rounding in L&D Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYNWA state license preferred (IMLC accepted)BLS, ACLS, DEA requiredComfortable interpreting FHR, performing routine & complicated deliveries, and assisting in C-sectionsMust be able to handle OB inductions and emergent GYN surgeriesLocal preferred; travel reimbursement for lodging if needed Patient & Facility Details 3 L&D beds, 4 postpartum beds, Level I Nursery deliveries/month, 90% low-risk, 10% high-riskClinic patients/day: 18In-house anesthesia and 3 ORs availableSupport staff: MA/LPN in clinic, L&D RNs, OR staff Community & Lifestyle Enumclaw, WA beautiful scenery, fresh air, and outdoor activities year-roundClose to Seattle while keeping small-town charm ️Hiking, skiing, kayaking, and more right at your doorstep ️
