Position Summary The Nurse Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial leadership of the Emergency Department. This role ensures high-quality patient care, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced nurse leader with: Proven success in emergency department leadership A collaborative, team-first leadership style Strong clinical and operational expertise Experience in a Level I or II Trauma Center (highly preferred) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (required) Valid RN License in Virginia or compact state (required) AHA BLS Provider CPR (required at hire) AHA ACLS Provider (required at hire) AHA PALS Provider (required at hire) NIHSS (Bluecloud) within 90 days Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience Minimum 2 years of management experience Why Fredericksburg?
