Clinician's Workday The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery coverage with day shifts and 24-hour shift responsibilities, including call coverage for both inpatient and OR settings. The clinician will perform full scope rounding, first assist procedures, and call duties to ensure continuity of care across the cardiothoracic surgery service line. Daily responsibilities include managing surgical cases and collaborating with the surgical team to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
