Evaluates clinical care processes and patient outcomes, directing plans that lead to consistent positive results. Provides leadership in care delivery and nursing practice, ensuring standardization and alignment with organizational strategies. Drives performance metrics, analyzes data trends, and coaches nursing teams to improve performance. Manages performance improvement activities related to clinical outcomes and conducts Performance Review Committees as needed, implements and sustains processes in patient care areas to support clinical teams in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
