Medical Director & Hospitalists – 90 Minutes from Spokane IM trained preferred; FM must have demonstrated ICU experience with case logs; open ICU, no support - must be comfortable managing vents; procedures not required; Medical Director needs some demonstrated leadership experience but new leaders are ok. Hospitalists can live in Spokane and commute; Medical Director must live in the same city as hospital. Medical Director does 12 clinical shifts a month; Total Pre Incentive Compensation: $365K.
