UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a full‑time board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine clinic in Woodland Park, Colorado. Responsibilities 36 patient‑facing hours per week. Practice full scope family medicine. Provide integrated behavioral health on‑site. Potential to empanel quickly. Collaborate with a care‑team model that includes RN and clinical medical assistants for in‑basket support. Serve on a shared phone call (phone‑only). Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine Physician. Comfortable with patient‑facing hours and team‑based care. Experience or willingness to provide behavioral health integration. Residence in or willing to relocate to Woodland Park, Colorado. Visa sponsorship not available. Exceptional Benefits The pay range for this full‑time position is $257,000-$286,000 annually. A quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice insurance.
