Position Profile The primary responsibility of the Director ofClinical Training (DCT) – Medical is to work with the Director ofPostgraduate Medical Education (DPGME) and Medical EducationOfficers (MEOs) to contribute to the planning, development andimplementation of the hospital’s prevocational training program.The DCT takes an active role in meeting Accreditation standards,contributes to orientation for junior medical officers (JMOs) atRoyal Perth Hospital and hospitals within the group, and be willingto represent Royal Perth Hospital on clinical education andtraining committees. The DCT will contribute to the planning anddelivery of education within their area of expertise.
