The bulk of the work centers on: IV sedation and conscious sedation cases Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars Implants Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting You bringthe hands. We bring the patients, the staff, the instruments, the assistants, and theback-office. Who We're Looking For DDS or DMDwith completedOMFS residency(Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) Active Arizona dental license(or eligible and willing to obtain) Current DEA registrationandArizona sedation permit(or actively pursuing) Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team Patient-first mindset —Risasserves a diverse, underserved community, and bedsidemannermatters here Newgradsfrom accredited OMFS programs are encouraged to apply.
