Position Overview Danbury Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist to join a 22‑bed unit. Responsibilities include working with psychiatry residents, a variety of offshore and University of Vermont medical students, and Nurse Practitioners. The role offers full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem options with a Monday to Friday weekday schedule. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $300,000 – $350,000 annually. Generous sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance. Allowances for continuing medical education (CME) and dues expenses. This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice Connecticut. Qualifications Ideal candidate will be board‑certified or eligible, and is open to new and recent graduates. Board‑certified/eligible psychiatrists are encouraged to apply.
