What You'll Do Travel to customer homes to complete furniture repairs and warranty serviceRepair upholstery, leather, wood, and furniture componentsInstall replacement parts and restore products to first-quality standardsDocument repairs with photos and work ordersProvide exceptional customer service during every in-home visitMaintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicleSupport warehouse operations when needed, including product prep, assembly, and quality inspectionsFollow all safety guidelines and company procedures What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
