The Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist is a board-certified/board-eligible cardiologist with specialized training in cardiac electrophysiology who diagnoses and treats disorders of the heart’s electrical system. This role involves providing comprehensive care for patients with arrhythmias through advanced diagnostic testing, interventional procedures, and long-term management. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiac rhythm disorders Perform electrophysiology studies and catheter-based ablation procedures Implant, manage, and follow cardiac devices including pacemakers, ICDs, and loop recorders Interpret ECGs, Holter/event monitors, stress tests, and other cardiac diagnostics Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation and follow-up care Collaborate with general cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and multidisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and device management Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Qualifications MD or DO degree Board certified or board eligible in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Eligible for or holding an unrestricted medical license Strong procedural, clinical, and communication skills Must maintain state certification and/or licensure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
