This leadership role is ideal for a highly motivated nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This position supports a broad spectrum of Women & Infants Services including: Labor & Delivery Triage Nursery Mom/Baby Postpartum Pediatrics As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in clinical leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and evidence-based practices. Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and resource management. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, compassion, and teamwork. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning. Serve as a clinical and operational resource for nursing teams across WIS departments. Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Experience in Women & Infants Services, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or related specialties. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field. Leadership certification or Nurse Executive experience.
