Summary PM Pediatrics is the largest pediatric urgent care network in the country, with over 40 offices and plans for ongoing expansion. Founded and led by pediatric emergency physicians, it provides an alternative for children who otherwise seek emergency care. Description PM Pediatrics is actively expanding and looking for additional Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians and pediatricians with urgent‑care experience to join a team of over 60 PEM providers. Under the guidance of the Medical Director, physicians evaluate and provide evidence‑based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent‑care setting. Job Responsibilities Perform procedural care, including abscess drainage, laceration repair with sutures, staples, dermal adhesive, and foreign‑body removal. Assess and treat acute injury. Assess and treat acute illness, including anaphylaxis, procedural anxiolysis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma care. Provide preliminary interpretation of x‑rays with official radiology over‑reads. Oversee trainees and co‑sign APP charts. Manage a busy, fast‑paced workflow. Urgent‑care or Emergency Department experience. Compensation $190,000 – $260,000.
