Position Summary Director of Nursing will oversee a 64-bed Senior Services department, which includes a 32-bed memory care unit and a 32-bed long-term care unit within a non‑profit health system. Reporting directly to the CNO—known for being supportive, collaborative, and highly invested in leadership development—this leader will manage daily operations, professional practice standards, staffing, and team development while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
