Immediate opening for Full Time Employee Class A CDL Company Semi-Truck Driver $250 per workday Monday-Friday Day shift Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit Please email or call with any questions or for more details Equipment Lot is at 45N/Airtex area in NW Houston Description: Driving our Company Semi-Truck assisting with local drayage/container loads as needed Performing basic chassis maintenance duties on our company owned chassis at our lot Ex: testing/replacing light bulbs, inflating tires, organizing equipment and truck driver parking in the yard, assigning parking spaces, lock out / tag out, confirming inspection/registration documents are in the equipment, greasing as needed, replace slider pins, pulling chassis to shop for repairs, etc. Requirements: Live on the North side of Houston Basic knowledge/experience to perform simple chassis maintenance at the yard. Detailed to organize, communicate, take charge to manage the yard equipment. Valid TEXAS Class A CDL license, DOT Medical Card 3 years CONTAINER Drayage experience Flexible for LOCAL DRAYAGE loads in/out of the ports TWIC REQUIRED Minimum 3 years or more Class A CDL experience Must have and maintain a smart phone to send/receive emails, text, voice messages No more than 2 minor traffic violations - No major traffic violations No DUI, DWI, Open Container violations, etc. Must be at least 23 years old for insurance Must be able to speak and read English Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
