Position Overview ChristianaCare is recruiting a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our program in Smyrna, Delaware. The role focuses on outpatient endocrine care with periodic inpatient rounds at our main hospitals. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient endocrine care at the Smyrna clinic. Round at the main hospitals in Newark and Wilmington 4–5 times per year. Participate in inpatient care during staggered weekends and 2‑week rounding blocks. Maintain a 1:8 light call schedule. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and certified diabetes educators. Qualifications BC/BE in Endocrinology (MD or DO). Experience in outpatient endocrine practice and ability to travel to the hospital for rounds. Familiarity with EPIC EMR is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation range: $233,853.00 – $338,270.00 (includes base salary, quality incentive, and bonus). Loan forgiveness (PSLF) program.
